Hillsborough Little League (HLL) endeavors to have two webcams professionally installed at District Fields to provide a ‘live’ viewing experience for family members and friends of HLL players. While the concept for this project was spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic and a desire to allow games to be viewed by family and friends during a time when physical attendance at games will be restricted, it is the intent of HLL and HREC to allow continued use of the webcams, based on the terms agreed to herein, for future seasons, regardless of public health conditions. In reliance on this agreement, HLL has decided to 100% fund this project. This District wishes to approve this request under the terms described in this MOU. |
